Take 1 capsule twice a day after meals — one in the morning and one at night — with normal water, or as directed by your physician.

How long does one bottle last?

At two capsules a day, the 30-capsule bottle lasts 15 days and the 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days.

Is Jointex vegetarian?

Yes. Jointex carries the green vegetarian mark and is suitable for vegetarians.
